At Exfordinary, we create playful and interactive educational business games that enhance learning.

University academics, corporate trainers and consultants can use our immersive games to provide practical applications of business concepts, engage and energize participants, and foster creativity, critical thinking and teamwork skills.

Blending in-person interactivity with digital platforms, our games are simple for facilitators to integrate into their programs, and deliver engaging and memorable learning experiences for participants.

Our founder, Dr Simon Ford, is a games developer, facilitator and practical academic who has won numerous awards for his teaching, student engagement, and research. He is based out of Vancouver, Canada where he teaches courses on innovation, entrepreneurship and consulting at the Beedie School of Business, Simon Fraser University. He is currently a Visiting Professor at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Originally from the UK, his PhD and other degrees are from the University of Cambridge.
